ABOUT US
Grant Duin
Grant has had a passion for building since he was a kid—whether it was fixing up a dirt bike, tinkering with engines, or building ramps in the backyard, he was always drawn to hands-on work. That passion led him to earn a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. After graduation, he jumped straight into the trades, starting small with fences and decks and eventually working his way into full-scale remodels. For over a decade, Grant did all the work himself, mastering each trade and developing a deep understanding of the entire remodeling process. Today, he brings that hands-on experience, attention to detail, and high standards to every project Duin Construction takes on. Grant lives in the Denver area with his wife and their two young kids, and he takes pride in building homes where families can grow and make memories—just like his own. Outside of work, Grant enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with his family.
Adam Glueckert
Adam began his career as a master tile setter, earning a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Throughout the years, he completed some of the Denver area’s finest custom tile installations and luxury bathrooms, where his attention to detail quickly set him apart.
It was through these projects that Adam and Grant first met. After collaborating on numerous projects, they realized they shared the same values—quality craftsmanship, honesty, reliability, and doing things the right way. That partnership became the foundation of Duin Construction.
Today, Adam brings decades of hands-on construction experience and a craftsman’s eye for detail to every project. From the first client meeting to the final walkthrough, he is committed to delivering exceptional quality while making the construction process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Adam lives in the Denver area with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, pursuing his passion for golf, and continuously challenging himself to improve both on the course and in business.
